Application: KM anchorage system is a completed, independent building measure researched, IT has been widely adopted by modern construction, especially used in pre-tension or post-tension for concrete constructions as building materials. KM Series products are composed of tensioning anchor, holding anchor, connectors. It can be used to lock the steel strand wires on/under classes of 2000MPa standard strength, which is usually in diameters of 12.7mm\12.9mm\15.2mm\15.7mm

Anchorage system has been widely adoped by modern construction, especially used in pre-tension or post-tension for concrete constructions as bridge or building construction materials. 

Standard assembly: anchor Wedge, Anchor Barrel, Anchor plate, Spiral reinforcement, PC Strand, Corrugated pipe/duct

Wedge Types: 
Normally, there are two kinds of wedges, one is for working, another is for tooling: 

2-Piece Wedges (Working Wedges)
The 2 pieces anchor wedges are used on permanent anchors or anchors requiring inceremental loading. They uniformly engaged the strand with less relaxation at low roads. 

3-Piece wedges (Tooling Wedges)
The 3 pieces anchor wedges are useful in the higher stress applications where the anchor is loaded and simply locked off, typical to temporary application. 

They are both manufactured from quality steels and are case hardened for durability.
