KBJ, CBJ Air (Pure-Oxygen) Aerator

Product Description

The aerator is a set of sewage treatment equipment developed by ourselves. Some advanced technologies from foreign products of some kind were incorporated into our aerator design. Owing to its high oxygen-charging efficiency, great lifting power, smooth transmission and corrosion resistance, this product is mainly applied to treatment of industrial waste water from petroleum, chemical, leathering, textile, electroplating, printing and dyeing, pharmacy, paper manufacturing and food industries, as well as urban sanitary sewage.

There are 3 types of aerator products, including KBJ air aerator, CBJ pure oxygen aerator and FBJ floated aerator. The product passed the province-level and ministry-level appraisal in 1994, and won the excellent and new product prize of Hebei Province in 1995, and was chosen as nation-level new product.

Structural Characteristics:

The speed reducer of the air aerator and pure-oxygen aerator is a cycloidal pin gear reducer which is of big reduction ratio (I=17), high transmission efficiency and reliable operation. The sealing structure design of the output shaft of the speed reducer is not only new and original but also high practical, and realizes non-leakage sealing by changing dynamic sealing into static sealing.

The airdefuser design is crown-torch type. Made of excellently anticorrosive composite material, with the advanced infrared spectrophotometry, differential thermal scanning analysis and tests for mechanical performance, anticorrosiveness and waterproofness, it is proved that the airdefuser can bear the long-lasting soak and erosion of waste water and silt.

According to the users' requirement, this product can be equipped with a frequency-changing speed governor to regulate the airdefuser speed and realize stepless speed regulation.
