Product Description
The hydroviscous variable speed clutch is a stepless speed regulation driving device which is designed on the principle of the hydroviscous transmission and oil shearing action. The device is mounted between the electric motor and the working machine and can make the working machine realize stepless speed regulation. It is widely applied in the field of the energy conservation of speed regulation of large power fans and water pumps.
Characteristics:
- A stepless speed regulation between 100% and 30 % of the revolution speed of the working machine (loaded machine) can be realized.
- It has a high sensitivity of speed regulation and high stability of revolution speed control.
- It has the property of the soft start-up to make the electric motor start up in the condition of empty and light duty.
- It is easy to realize the automatic control and remote control of the revolution speed regulation.
- It makes a stepless speed synchro-drive possible, that is 1: 1drive can be available.
- It can accelerate slowly to prevent it from overloading when starting up a load with greater inertia.
- The speed regulation and the results of energy conservation are very obvious, and the investment in the equipment can be drawn back in a short time period.
