Product Description

The aerator is a set of sewage treatment equipment developed by ourselves. Some advanced technologies from foreign products of some kind were incorporated into our aerator design. Owing to its high oxygen-charging efficiency, great lifting power, smooth transmission and corrosion resistance, this product is mainly applied to treatment of industrial waste water from petroleum, chemical, leathering, textile, electroplating, printing and dyeing, pharmacy, paper manufacturing and food industries, as well as urban sanitary sewage.

There are 3 types of aerator products, including KBJ air aerator, CBJ pure oxygen aerator and FBJ floated aerator. The product passed the province-level and ministry-level appraisal in 1994, and won the excellent and new product prize of Hebei Province in 1995, and was chosen as nation-level new product.

Structural Characteristics:
FBJ Floated Aerator consists of electric motor, float bowl, mainstream bowl, impellor and stabilizer, etc.. The whole machine floats on water. All materials (except electric motor) are stainless steel. The electric motor is special design and the protective level IP55. The inner bearing is exported high-precision bearing which bears 3000N axial force and radial force respectively. Made of stainless steel by precision casting, with new profile design, the impellor of the aerator is of good stain resistance.
