Product Description
Advance-Tech Engineering Company Ltd. Is specialized in the manufacture of OEM products for overseas customers. The product technology includes die casting (high/low pressure die casting, gravity casting), precision investment casting ( water glass and silica solution ), sand casting, mould forging. The product series covers parts/component for motorcycle and auto-cars, and the other non-standard machinery / mechanical parts. Tooling is cut directly from CAD data or technical drawings. Mechanical Property Report (chemical composition, tensile & ultimate strengths, hardness etc. ) and Computerized Measurement Report of the samples are submitted to customer for approval. Products are produced under ISO9000 quality control / assurance system. To help our customers to achieve cost saving purpose by providing high-quality products to international standard (ASTM, JIS, BS, etc. ) is our goal.
