Material: CFF-Alumina (Al2O3 )

Ceramic Foam filter is a kind of sintering ceramic with three-dimensional cconnected channel which composed of many gaps and mesh together.

Ceramic foam filter can sperate impurity and gas from liquid casting alloys through therir physical and chemical effects. Achieving purify effects, improving the quality of internal metal, reducing defective rate. At the same time, it produce a Smooth laminar flow of liquid metal to beneficial to conducive type, so it is a new filtration mateial for precision casting, metal moltening.

Ceramic Foam filter is apply to chemical tower packing, catalyst carrier, flue gas processing materials, gas cooker combustion energy-saving board and water treatment filtration material etc.
