Product Description
Name of product: accelerant TMTD(Tetramethyl thiuram disulfide)
Physical and chemical property:
White or hoar crystal powder. Specific density: 1.29(20 ). Melting point:146-148 . Specific density of merchandise: 1.29-1.46. Melting point:135-148 . Soluble in benzene , acetone , chloroform and carbon bisulfide, slightly soluble in ethanol and carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in water and gasoline. Stable in air.
Application:
As a super accelerant for natural rubber, it is used as curing agent(sulfuration without sulfur).
