Product Description

Name of product: accelerant DM(Dibenzothiazole disulfide)

Physical and chemical property:
Canary, white powder. Nontoxic, slightly bitter. Melting point: more than 160, specific density: 1.45-1.50. Insoluble in water, slightly soluble in benzene. In alcohol, it is crystallize into white scaly crystal. And can be deoxidized into sodium salt of 2-thiol group benzene parallel thiazole by sodium sulphide.

Application:
As a common accelerant for natural, synthetic and reclaimed rubber, it can increase anti-tensile breaking force and anti-oxidation. It is mainly used for tire, adhesive tape and rubber overshoes etc. Canary powder, nontoxic, bitter. Melting point:more than 170 ,specific density: 1.42-1.43. Soluble in ethanol, chloroform etc. Can be oxidized into disulfide diphenzothiazole even into sulfinic acid.
