It can functioned much better at the character of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat-resistance, anti-oxidant and anti-permeability etc. The Special Surface Complex Technology can meet the technical requirement, of which the spraying, electroplating and welding methods cannot meet.

The advantages of the special technology is that the treatment can produce a function thin layer of which the special ability can put up much more better the material itself. Different directions and technical schemes can be provided according to the requirement and process of the client. The thickness of the layer are currently 0.5mm and even less, but it can functioned much better at the character of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat-resistance, anti-oxidant and anti-permeability etc.
The surface complex technology is a special metallurgy technology, which cannot be affected by the shape, structure and point of the work piece, and the material of complex layer cannot be diluted. The complex technology can make the ground material and the special layer integrated tegother, which can also upgrade the characters of rigidity, corrosion-resistant, high temperature-resistant and the oxidation-resistant. The connection between the ground material and the special layer is the metallurgy connection, which can meet the technical requirement, of which the spraying, electroplating and welding methods cannot meet.

The KXT (M) is applied to the 5000t/d production line for powder coal feeding, it is awarded as the first class of technical improvement in 2006 by CBMIA and the CCS. And the KXT (S) system is applied to raw material feeding of 220t/h, the KXT (F) system is also applied to coal ash feeding of150t/h. The NL pneumatic screw pump, F-K Fullerton pump, YOX hydraulic coupler, DSF electrical and manual screw valve, NXF rotating air-lock valve etc are launched to market.
