Product Description

Specification:
The light steel parts, facade wall boards and floor boards are produced modular. The modulus of the width is K (1K=1820mm). The height of the storey is 2850mm. Normally we can produce one or two storeys. Three storeys are available.
The installation specification is fixed: 3640mm, 5460mm and 7280mm. The width of the aisle and stairs are 930mm, 1200mm and 1530mm. Tens of types and different areas of movable houses can be produced according to the need of the clients.

Structure parts:
1. The corner and middle pillars are made of C-style fabricated steel pillars.
2. The beam is welded by C-style steel and the smartruss and topspan is welded by L40*3 triangle steel.
3. The facade wall adopts colored steel sandwich panels. The polystyrene is glued by special methods which specification is 1800*950*50mm.
4. The floor board adopt construction template which is fireproof and the specification is 1220*2240*18mm.
5. The roof adopts colored steel sandwich panel of 950mm with seals in the four edges (colors can choose among red, blue, green, yellow and white. )
6. Doors and windows are PVC plastic steel. (one door and one window in each 20 m2, prices should add up if the clients requires to add more facilities. )

9. Waste of each time assembling and disassembling is 3%.

4. Self-weight is light. The material is only 60 Kg/m2. One truck of 5 ton can hold all the construction parts of 100 m2 so it's convenient for transportation and low cost as well.

Types:
The fabricated movable house have normal and simple types which can meet different requirements of the clients. Different types and models can be designed according to different purposes (Special Specifications, models and decoration have different grades which makes the cost different as we).
Usage:
The movable house is often used as construction site office building, dormitory, dining hall, industry workshop, warehouse, shop, department, school and extra storey of buildings.

Application remind:
1. Please don't change the structure, don't pick out any screws or parts and don't increase or decrease any partitions after the installation. If necessary please contact us and do the changes after our permition. Or you have to offord the result yourself.
2. The light steel parts should paint in one to two years in order to keep it's service time and the outlook.
3. Movable house is the whole connection of steel construction parts. If you want to use the electricity facilities, please don't bond the lines directly onto the steel structure. You have to use some abundant parts to put the lines and facilities to avoid accident.
