Calcium Aluminates Flux (Synthetic Slag-2)
We produce a range of calcium aluminates products with low melting points for synthetic slag applications primarily in ladle metallurgy operations. Calcium Aluminate Flux / Synthetic Slag (sinter type) is our leading product, which is produced by claiming the raw meal consisting of high quality crude bauxite and limestone in a rotary kiln at elevated temperature. It is mainly used in metallurgy industry especially in steel-making to get rid of the sulfide impurities and other useless component from steel liquid in refining ladle, and keeping good fluidity of slag.
Physical performance and use
(1) Low melting (¡Ü1370º C), low viscosity of melting slag, good flowing property, short time for slag-forming;
(2) Big sulfur absorption capacity of slag stream; Good desulfuration, oxygen-removing and phosphorus-taking off properties; Efficiently absorbing the impurities in the steel at the same time.
(3) Capable to increase the refining efficiency and the life of steel ladle largely.
Specifications
Chemical analysis is as per chemical analysis method for aluminates cement of GB/T205-2000.
Characteristics:
Anti-moist, anti-powder, couldn't go to bad during storage and transportation.
Packing:
To be packed in PP woven bag, line with plastic film, 1000kg/bag. Other packing is according to customer's requirement.
