Product Description

The paint is made by diverse types of ameliorative weatherproof resins and features high quality and strong hiding force. It may used to prepare single-constituent background paint in pure, metallic and pearl colors. Its outstanding adhesive force and interlaminated tightness lay a solid foundation for the physical properties of finishing varnishes.

Applicable base materials: It applies to the old paint film wetly ground with 1000# abrasive papers and removed oil stains, Q-708 and 1K intermediate paints as well as the surface of priming paints.

Mixing ratio:
10-25 degree centigrade:
Q¡ªA1K background paint: : 100portions
QX-1General thinner
QX-1quick-drying thinner: 80-100 portions

Above 25 degree centigrade
Q¡ªA1K background paint: : 100portions
QX-1General thinner
QX-1 Slow-drying thinner: 80-100 portions

Serviceable time: 24hours, 20 degree centigrade
Spraying And Applying layers: 2-3layers, 15-25 micron in total
Interval: 5-10minutes, 20 degree centigrade

Spraying air pressure:
Geocentric spray gun (upper bottle) 1. 2-1. 5MM 3-5KG/GM2
Suction spray gun (lower bottle) 1.4-1. 7MM 3-5KG/GM2

Final interval: 10-20minutes, 20 degree centigrade
Reapplication: Q100S or Q300S varnish may be reapplied
Storage life: May be stored for more than two years when kept in original container at 20 degree centigrade.
Packaging: 1L, 3.75L canned.
