Product Description

It is designed to prepare two-component and single-layer 2K pure-color paint for high-grade automobile body patching. With a hard, flexible, bright and plump paint film; it features optimal protective property hiding force as well as a sustained and bright color. The paint is intended to use with Q-180.Q-222 curing agent.

Applicable base materials:
It applies to thoroughly ground and cleaned intermediate paints (incl. wet-to-wet process), original paint or intact 2K paint surface, and soft base materials with an insulating layer.

Mixing ratio:
12-18 degree centigrade:
Q-B2K pure-color paint: 100portions, Q180K quick-drying drier: 50 portions, QX-1 General thinner; 10-20 portions

18-24 degree centigrade: Q-B2K pure-color paint: 100 portions, Q180B standard drier: 50 portions. QX-1 General thinner: 10-20 portions

25-30 degree centigrade:
Q-B2K pure-color paint: 100 Portions, Q180K standard drier: 50 portions, QX-1 slow-drying thinner: 10-20 portions

30-40 degree centigrade:
Q-B2K pure-color paint: 100 portions, Q180M slow-drying drier: 50 portions, QX-1 Extremely slow-drying thinner: 10-20portions

Serviceable time:
Q222 (quick-drying): 2 hours, 20 degree centigrade
Q2222 (standard) or Q222 (slow-drying): 4 hours, 20 degree centigrade.

Spraying: 2-3layers, 50-70 micron in total
Interval: 5-10 minutes, 20 degree centigrade.
Spraying and applying tool: Geocentric spray gun (upper bottle) 1.2-1.5 MM  3-5KG/GM2
Spraying air pressure: uction spray gun (lower bottle), 1.4-1.7MM  3-5KG/GM2

Curing time:

Storage life: May be stored fro more than two years when kept in original container at 20 degree centigrade.
