H388 Zink Polyester Putty
Ingredients:
Import unsaturated polyesters resins from Germany. Original imported color pigment, stuffing material, auxiliary agent, active solvent and specific DPO firming agent mixing ratio 100:2.

Characteristics:
H388 Zink polyester putty is multi-purpose polyester putty. The putty is exquisite and little sand hole. Good resistance to high temperature baking. Outstanding scratched performance. They also have excellent adhesive force on many kinds of material, such as galvanization board, alnico, cast iron, grass steel and high temperature auto engine. No sand hole left after using. Easy to sculpt and not shrink after drying. Good seal performance after burnishing. Good waterproof performance. Good crack resistance in high temperature.

Application field:
It has excellent applying performance. It is suitable for car industry and top grade auto industry that requires high resistance to high temperature of baking. Mainly be applied to the leveling up and decoration of the blemishes, such as the drop pits of keelsons, pin-shaped cavity, crackles and little welding lines etc in the painting technology of saloon manufacturing and top grade auto manufacturing before painting primer. It can satisfy the leveling and smoothness of keelsons before painting with the electric.

Add: resistance to high temperature , 1mm , 195-205 degree/0.5h--25 degree /0.5h,5 baking cycles.

Reference for construction:
1  Evenly mix the main ash and firming agent with the proportion being 100:2 (make the color unanimous), and using up them within the gelation time or it can nott be used.
2  Burnishing keelson before scratching. If the thickly scratching is required, you had better thinly scratch for many times to meet the required thickness. If some air bubbles infiltrate while scratching, you should thoroughly strickle it by means of scraper, so as to ensure the good adhesive force.
3  Prohibit to use the bad quality thinner to dilute this product. Otherwise it will generate like bubbling, peeling off, badly descending adhesive force, and other questions.
4  Temperature is lower or the humidity is higher, the firming time will prolong. The consistence and gelation time (pot life) of putty may adjust according to the requirements of customers.
5  Its quality can be guaranteed for 9 months since the date of its production. If it does not beyond this period, it can be used continuously.
Packing and Storage:
Main ash: 1L printing ironl pail. Firming agent: 25g tube.
Storage Condition: store in a cool, dry well-ventilated place within 5-35 degree centigrade.
