1) The kneader consists of mixing chamber, feeding device, overturning type unloading device,main motor, reducer, pneumatic system, cooling system and electrical control cabinet etc.        
2) The mixing chamber adopt jacket cooling, and the inner wall has hard chromium plating to  reduce wearing. The rotor is held by rolling bearings on both side. The rotor is casted wholly, and its rings are made of hard alloy treated by surface welding.  
     
3) The overturning unloading mechanism adopts worm wheel  structure which has strong loading capacity and long life.        
4)The friction ratio cylinders are made of alloy steel with nitrogen treatment for long life.  
     
5) The mixing chamber, rotor and ram have cooling (or warming) system, and the water consumption can be adjusted by valves.
