1. Function: This press is used for vulcanization of bias tire and radial tire, which can realize tire loading, shaping, vulcanizing and unloading automatically. Bias tire can be cooled automatically with post cure inflator. It can use double half-moulds and segmented moulds.
2. Structure characteristics: The machine consists of frame, mould opening/closing device, mould adjusting device, center mechanism, curing chamber, tire loading device, tire unloading device, hydraulic system, electrical system, pipeline system and post cure inflator etc.
Electrical control system: It adopts PLC as control center, which has touch screen for display unit. The touch screen can display the curing state, through which we can realize the man-machine conversation, such as techniques choice and parameters modification etc.
