Product Description
1. Crystallized drying for material;
2. Heat, deliver and compress the graininess material with extruder;
3. The material is separated, mixed, melt-homogenized, and enter into the filter and the plat extruding die head;
4. Filtrate the melt;
5. The melt in the die head is compounded and distributed homogeneously and extruded quantificationally and stably;
6. Three-rollers pressing, cooling and forming;
7. Trim the sheet to the width as requested;
8. Natural cooling and delivering the sheets;
9. Edge trim rewinder;
10. Haul off the sheet;
11. Wind the sheet with constant tensile force
Material to handle: PET/APET/PETG/CPET 100% new material or recycled material
Width of sheet: ¡Ü2200mm
Thickness of sheet: 0.14~1.9mm
Max. Output: 400kg/h
Layer type: A / AB / ABA
Moreover, PET can be laminated with EVOH/PE to get a better resistance.
