Stamping dies:
We are ISO 9001/2000 Designer&Manufacturer of stamping die, single station & progressive dies for sheet metal stamping industry. Use wire EDM machines & CNC machining centers to construct die components. Tryout presses up to 250 tons with a 2700mm bed, ensure proper die performance in simulated production environment. Besides, for the sake of quality control, we use precise testing instruments as 3D coordinate measuring machine, projector and microscope to inspect the dimensions of the stamped parts. Serving the automotive, computer, appliance, electronics/electrical & furniture industries.
