Product Description
1) suitable for ordinary paper, laminated paper, plastic and thermoplastic coated material, large area and fine definition for stamping.
2) Fine definition, good adhesion, excellent abrasion and scratch resistance.
3) Stamping materials: All kinds of paper, laminated paper, plastic, UV coated paper
4) Application fields: Food packaging, advertisement packaging, greeting-cards, book bindings, wood, stationery, cosmetics packaging, packaging for cigarette and alcohol
5) Application conditions:
A) Appropriate stamping foil and technics ought to be chosen according to different materials
B) Much attention must be paid to temperature, pressure and speed in course of stamping
6) Recommended stamping:
A) Parameter: 125 - 145degree
B) Stamping time: 0.4 - 1.0sec
7) Roll sizes (W x L):
A) Normal size rolls: 0.64 x 120m
B) Large size rolls: 0.64 x 240 / 360m (for special orders)
C) Special dimensions for rolls with a 3" paper core can be produced for any length and width according to special orders
8) Storage: Be careful of pressure, humidity, hotness and sunburn. It should be stored in shady and cool places
9) Storage time: 1 year
