It is white needle crystalloid. The relative density, 1.635(solid 20 degree), M? 287 degree(close tube), sublimation temperature 200 degree. Its solubility is very small in water. It has purity taste acidulous being a good acid condiment.

Application:
Fumaric Acid mainly used in production of unsaturated polyester resins. It also is used in making coating. L-Aspartic Acid, L-Lactamic Acid, Malic Acid and many auxiliaries. Fumaric Acid Food Grade and Fumaric Acid-Cold Water Soluble are pureity taste acidifying agent. They are used in making of soft drins, beer, west wine, ice cream, solid beverage and so on.
