ZLJ Series of Truck-Mounted Concrete Pump are heavy-duty construction machines for conveying, spraying, & placing concrete. The vehicle chassis of Swedish VOLVO FM12 and Japanese ISUZU CXZ or CXH, which can supply enormous power, have the advanced engine that its exhaust emission are according with EuroIII and EuroII respectively. The structure of boom and outrigger are robust enough, can satisfy the jobsite demand of high efficiency and wider working range. The close hydraulic pumping circuit comes with high-pressure and large- displacement hydraulic pump. There are two kinds of distributing system on your request, "S" valve or "Gating" valve, both types have great sucking ability and high reliability.

The main components are all from international famous companies, such as hydraulic units of REXROTH, HAWE, gear-box of STIEBEL, remote controller and other electric component chosen from the most famous brands in the world. And various safety devices are equipped on the machine to ensure the machine's security. For example, pressure valve for hydraulic pump, balance valves on each boom cylinder, shock-proof maximum pressure valve on rotating head, blocking valve for the outrigger cylinder, interlock control in electric control system preventing of fault operation.
