The Waste Cable and Electric Wire Recycling Equipment is specially used to process all kinds of standard cables, like automobile electric circuit wire and communication cable, and unclassified cables, which can be not processed by wire-stripping machine. After breaking, pulverization and high pressure electrostatic separation, the copper and plastic of cables and wires can be completely separated for comprehensive utilization and to achieve a higher economic benefit without dust and secondary pollution.

The cable and electric wire recycling equipment, like crusher, pulverizer and separator, are characterized by high innovation and advanced and reasonable technological line. The equipment uses dry crushing and pulverizing to process the raw materials into metal and plastic. Then the metal and plastic are separated through high pressure electrostatic separator. The metal and plastic separation and recycling can be completed under multicomputer controlled one-time batch-feeding for crushing and automotive conveying, sound insulation technology and cooling system. The equipment is characterized by little noise, great output and high innovation. After separation, the original quality of copper remains for recycling and with great economic benefit. In addition, this equipment also uses our self-owned triple dust collecting unit (Three-in-one dust collector), including three stages, cyclone, cloth-bag and air cleaner dust collectors, which can effectively solve the dust pollution problem.
