Ltd is a legal, independent and high-tech enterprise with technical support by Chemical Engineering Research Institution of Tianjin University of Science & Technology and Qingdao University of Science & Technology. Our company operates under its predecessor Henan HengLi Industrial Group Co., Ltd., which was established in 1997, and was set up in 2008 after the overall reform of Hengli.

We are specialized in producing paper making agents. Our main products include surface sizing agents, dry strength agents, reinforcing agents, wet strength agents, rosin agents and more. And we can produce other kinds to meet your specific requirements.

Our annual output reached over 11,000 tons and the turnover amounted to $10 million in 2013. Our products are mainly sold to more than 40 paper companies in Henan, Hebei, Shanxi, Hubei, Zhejiang and other provinces. We invested $500,000 to add a new production line of dry strength agents in 2014, in order to further enhance our company′s development and to improve our marketing competitiveness, thus expanding the scale of our company. The new line is expected to turn out around 20,000 tons, and our annual output value will reach $12 million.
