2. Equipment List
2.1 Unwinding System: Shaftless unwinding
Including: Unwinding Bracket, Tension Control System, E+L etc.
There are unwinding arms on the unwinding bracket, and one of them install a pneumatic brake or air pressure fraction for unwinding.
Clamp of unwinding core: The unwinding roll can be loaded by a trolley or lifted by power gourd to the working position, and tipped by the air cylinder, equipped with 3taper chucks.

The sensor is fixed on the bracket, and the bracket can move following on the linear bearing. The adjusting speed is about 15mm/s, the distance of rectify deviation is about: 75 mm
