We have established 39, 000m2 honsea industrial park with GMP. We have one plant in kunming, yunnan, for essential oils and another GMP plant in huai′an, jiangsu, for plant extracts by use of local raw materials. Also we have three gap bases co-operation with local government: 4, 000, 000m2 chuanxiong base in sichuan, 10, 005, 000m2 rosemary base in yunnan, 16, 675, 000 m2 magnolia bark base in hunan, 13, 340, 000 m2 jasmine flower base in guangxi and 5, 336, 000 m2 michelia alba flower base in guangzhou. We manufacture and supply many natural herbal extracts and essential oils for health functional foods, herbal medicine, aromatherapy & cosmetics by applying the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction (sfe-CO2) and other separation techniques.
We have more than 20 years of r & d experience in sfe technology since the early 1980′s. As one of the pioneers in researching supercritical CO2 extraction technique in China, we first realized the industrialization of sfe process. We have applied patent for invention of several products and unique processing techniques. In year 2000, we published the first book about supercritical fluid extraction in China: Supercritical fluid extraction.
