1. How could I get samples?
We can supply some free samples ( total value under US 10 dollars) if you have a FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS or TNT account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If you don’t have an courier account, you can send your courier to pick up samples from our company. Or,send us the samples charge together the courier cost by T/T.
2. How can I get your price list?
Please send us email or fax for our price list and order information. Our fax number is 0086-551-5534484. Or, please let’s talk about it on Skype and MSN.
3. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 2000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).
4. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a PROFORMA INVOICE or SALES CONTRACT for your order.
5. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation. The Air Door-to-Door delivery and Sea Door-to-Door delivery are also ok.
6. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 100 kgs, sent usually by courier(DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT & FEDEX). For orders from 100 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
7. What's your usual payment term for orders?
We accept terms of Wire Transfer(T/T) in advance or L/C at sight,and T/T preferable under US$50,000 per order. For smaller order,Western Union is also acceptable.But we don’t accept payment by credit card ,Paypal, Cash or by cheque.
8. What's the warranty of your products?
One year.Durding this one year,if there is any problem because of the quality,the importer can send the goods to the us by post office or EMS,after we got the goods,we will send you a perfect one to you,the transportation fee is shared by both of importer and exporter.
9. Q: How can we become your sole distributor?
If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributors in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD50,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.
10. I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?
Except for batch orders,we also accept retail orders. After receive the remittance, we can deliver them to you within 2-3 work days.
