Performance of Pressure Vessel Steel or Container Plate:
1. Steel purity: [P] <0.010%, [S] <0.005%, [N] <70ppm, [O] <15ppm, [H] <2ppm, total amount of inclusions in steel <20ppm high purity steel.
2. Good toughness and weldability.
3. Leading technology of heat treatment: They can be carried out through normalizing, quenching and tempering, quenching and tempering and other heat treatment processing.
4. Significantly enhance the plasticity of steel and impact toughness, and improve the anisotropy of steel.
5. Rolling Thickness: 8-300mm, width 1600-4000mm, length 4000-18500mm
6. The requirements of detection testing(grade: 1, 2, 3) and the performance of Z direction (Z15, Z25, Z35)can be additional.
Main Applications:
