Features of Plastic Flat Fiber Extruding Machinery:

1) This machine takes PP, PE as raw materials.
2) The materials are heated, extruded and stretched into flat fiber then rolled for circular loom's weaving.
3) The flat fiber is drawn out with the materials, such as reclaimed material powder and pellet materials through the machine.
4) The screw cylinder of extruder is made by 38CrMoAIA alloy steel, the hardness is much higher than HV950 after nitrogen treatment.
5) The extruder and drawing parts are with stepless speed regulation.
6) All drive rollers are electroplated with chromium.
