Product Description
This machine takes PP, PE as raw materials. The materials are heated, extruded, cutted and stretched into flat or round fibre then rolled for circular loom weaving.
Our company has improved the machine several times. The flat fibre is drawn out with the material such as reclaimed material powder and pellet materials through the machine. The screw cylinder of extruder is made by 38CrMoAlA alloy steel. It's hardness is higher than HV95%. After Nitrogen treatment it's durable.
The extruder and drawing parts are with stepless speed regulation. All drive rollers are electroplated with chromium.
