Introduction:
DPP-320 AL-PL, AL-AL(AL-PL-AL)Plate model Blister Packing Machine adopts frequency timing and machine, electronic, light and air automatic control technology and strictly conforms to "GMP" standard, bring forth-new ideas in design on the basis of original DPP-320C model, with adjusting stroke, photoelectric register, of station die blocky, AL-PL, AL-AL, AL-PL-AL three functions. The machine is belongs to split combination model, can enter into elevator of 1.5m and finished separately cleaning workshop.

It adopts mechanically-drive, pneumatic control, orientate the capsule in a sequence according to different colors, with an international lead in running speed and the rate of orientation and the rate of correction reach to 99.9%.

It can manufacture according to the size of sheet that the customer required, and equip with all kinds of blister packing machine.

Performance Characteristics:
Adopts manipulator grip(pneumatic) feeding mechanism, adjustable stroke equipped with micro-adjustable device, guarantee synchronous correct.

Air-cushion heat-sealing: When the machine stop, the cylinder lifts automatically the net plate thus elimination the blister deformation caused by heat radiation during staying of PVC, and playing a role of slowing down super pressure for the benefit of extension of its service life.

AL-AL package: There is mechanical forming structure, equipped with vibrating feeding or feeding model charging device and lacking of ablets monitor device.

Working station die blocky: Integrate working assembling, guarantee precision, all work station can remove through scale hand-wheel according to the size required to make removing mould and adjusting stroke easily.

Model: Lengthen the machine body, can satisfy filling several medicines in one sheet, and can increase work station to realize special requirement of AL-PL-AL package.
