1) HW-JHZ-C Series High-efficiency Granulating Machine in Wet-process

Purpose:
* Conforming with "GMP" standard of pharmacy industry, the product JHZ-C high-efficiency wet-process granulating machine also named as wet-process compound granulating machine is a special equipment used for granulating medicine amylum, powder, and adhesive in pharmacy industry to make medicine pill in the procedure of granulating, as well as compounding and granulating the powder material in other kinds of industries, such as foodstuff industry and chemical industry. The place where supply equipment and raw material for contacting is made of high-grade stainless steel. It produced granule is tiny, even and regular spherical.

Work Principle:
* To make the raw material compound completely and granulation stabilized, the stirring paddle and granule-cutter move in reverse.
* The appearance of pressed flake is smooth; Its hardness, degree of disintegration and release are in high level.
* In sealed working environment, it has the features of high efficiency, energy saving, clearness & safety.
* It is easy and simple to operation.

Features:
* An inclined angle formed by the gangue-cutter against the wall of straight bucket, can not only increases the granulating scope between cutter and raw material but also makes the granules more even; Meanwhile, the raw material won't splash onto the bucket lid thanks to an inclined angle, so overcome the defect of wet granule sticking onto the bucket lid of traditional machine.
* It takes short time, dry compound takes 2 minutes per batch, granulating process takes 1-4 minutes, therefore the work efficiency has enhanced by 4-5 times than traditional one.
* Main bucket: Designed in tangency structure with cylinder and cone to help tumbling of raw material; The reasonable geometric angle will rise the effect of compounding and granulating.
* The process that dry compound-wet compound-granulating process, performed in a tightly sealed container, can save 25% as well as drying time.
* Bucket lid, operated by touch screen, apply cylinder automatically interlock device, which results easy operating.
* Operation and control system: Controlled by MCU, and operated by touch screen, can store many sets of process data. The granule-cutter applies frequency conversion speed regulating technology, so can adjust its speed arbitrarily and meet the requirement of different granule.
