Product Description
Properties: White, monoclinic crystalline powder; Odourless; Tasteless. Soluble in diluteHydrochloric, Nitric and acetic acid slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol relative 2.32, steady in air, when heated to 75. It may lose crystal water, convert to Anhydrous.
Use: In food processing industry, it is used as leavening agent, dough modifior, buffer, nutritional supplement, emulsifier, stabilizer. Such as leavening for flour, cake, pastry, bake, double acid type flour color modifior, modifior for fried food. Also used as nutrient additive or modifior for biscuit, milk powder, cold drink, ice cream powder.
