Product Description

1.2311/P20 steel is of vacuum melted chrome-nickel-molybdenum alloy steel. This steel has been quenched and backfired before leaving factory. It has following advantages:

No risk of cracking and deforming in heat treatment
No any cost for heat treatment
Shorten the period of die making
Reduce die's cost (example: No rectifying and deforming)
Easy to correct die
Nitrogenized treatment and flame-hardening treatment is allowed to increase side hardness and wear resistance.

Application:
Large long-life plastic injection dies such as household electric apparatus, computer crust and other dies.
As is high in hardness, it is used as slide rod for plastic die.
Thermoplastic pressing dies, blowing dies, forming tools and structure parts.
