Product Description

Automatic CIP workstation is responsible for the cleaning work in the single machine of prepareing system.

This CIP workstation is for Automatic Control. All of the cleaning process parameters (cleaning time, acid/ alkaline concentration, cleaning solution temperature, cleaning mode) can be configured on the touch screen. When the need for cleaning at the touch screen on the designated cleaning equipment required to select a cleaning method (three-step or five-step cleaning method to clean), restart the system, the CIP equipment is in accordance with the procedures followed by pre-set, and complete the cleaning process automatically, it divides into the acid, alkali, water sections.

The system has automatic water-supplying fuction, automatic acid-supplying function, automatic adjustment of temperature, temperature, concentration, liquid level, simulating the process status and functions of sound and light alarm. Also has automatic and manual features, a variety of parameters can be modified in the touch screen. Amd designs the password-protected function for manual operation and modifying parameters
