Our red wine is produce by applying special variety of litchi from the litchi's hometown, under cleanout in 24 hours after picking time, we use special machine to peel the pit from the fresh litchi fruits, and then we put the litchi fruit to freeze compress and brewing in a low temperature. After that, we use modern biology technology to distill the pigment from the litchi shell, which will soak in the wine. When the rest sugars are all finish brewing, we use special pastern to make the wine pellucid, and freeze and filtrate the wine.

The color of our wine body present light rosy; the fragrance of our wine is chastely and gentler, fleshy, exquisite, comfortable and tastily, besides that, the wine body is full and has good representative.
