Frame

Solid hardwood

A: Drying--- water content is 11%--13%, meeting the international occean transport standard;

B: Worm-proof & bacteria-proof---to prevent bristle tail;

C: Shaving & polishing---no bark, comply with national standard.

Wood frame joints are conducted with spike & nails, using a small piece of triangle wood to reinforce its internal structure for durability and non-deformation. Coating is the high-quality laminated plywood to modify and specify its shape and design.

Foam:

High density, high resilience rebound foam. No sagging. When you sit on it, you'll feel its coziness and comfort. Reach the national certificate for sponge, top grade: 3A. Finely cut and is environmental protection adhesive is used for the attachment on the frame.

Filler:

Doll cotton is use as cushion, have to undergo sterilization, deodorization and drying. Or specially treated feather to make it softer, more elegant and most importantly more comfortable.

Feet

Either wood or metal, depends on customers' requirement.
