Olympic period booking terms:

Minimum stay 10 days
Deposit is required to reserve the room (50% of total amount). Balance should be paid completely by 31 March 2008

Cancellation:

1. For 2007 bookings, 1/2 deposit will be refunded if you cancel within 30 days from our booking confirmation date; There is no refund for after 30 days of our booking confirmation if you cancel the booking.

2. For 2008 bookings (dates count from our confirmation day), no refund to be made in any case of cancellation.
