Description:
SUN-PRO950T is a soy protein produced from the finest NON-GMO raw materials that is gathered from northeast China, it is highly dispersible, bland in flavor and it provides excellent nutritional properties. What's more, it can provide excellent speed of dispersion in cold water that is within 30 seconds in cold water by the ratio 1: 10 (SPI: Water). At same time, it can keep normal gel strength and emulsification. It has lower foam during solubility in water and no agglomeration in cold water.
Application:
SUN-PRO950T has been applied for injected and emulsified meat products, such as chunk meat and roasted products.
Packing & Storage:
SUN-PRO950T is supplied in 20Kg whiter or brown poly-lined paper bags within one layer's Food grade PE inner bag.

Loading quantity is 12mt for 20FCL and 25mts for 40FCL without pallet.
The product should be stored in a dry cool place away from materials with strong odors. Following the above guidelines should insure 12-month shelf life.
