ABS antimicrobial plastic master batch was made by Nano silver bio-antimicrobial powder, and very good ABS materials. Product Characteristics
1. Appearance: It is white or light grey color, the size is even, the surface is smoothly and color almost is same.
2. Water is less 0.5%
3. It is easy dispersed. Good thermal stability, durable high temperature, do not change color.
4. Melt index (g/10min): 15-20
5. Normally the usage is 5-6%, the antimicrobial rate is 99.5% in 48.
Usage
Making the plastic master batch dry in 3 hours under 80cendigrage, then Put 5-6 % antimicrobial plastic master batch In the normal ABS materials to make need product.
Storage
Avoiding strong light and high temperature, it need water and moist proof.
