Product Description
1. Low elongation
The steel cord conveyor belt requires a take-up travel of a max. Of 0.25% or less than one-sixth travel required for the fabric conveyor belt.
2. Good troughability
The steel cord belt reinforced with two layers of TRC(Transverse Reinforcing Cord) is normally the best suited for use in ordinary cases.
3. Pulley diameter can be made smaller
Each steel cord bearing the belt tension is composed of wires of small diameter and therefore is more flexible than ordinary steel cables.
4. Long spans
The belts are suitable for large span, long distance transportation of materials.
5. Inspection of the belt with X-rays
Users can X-rays to inspect damages of the skeleton steel cords on the conveyor machinery to prevent accidents from happening.
