Innotronics™ flex circuit manufacturing facility occupies 20000 square meters with 14500 square meters for factory and 4500 square meters for staff apartment building. Over 500 skilled employees in the factory with 3 shifts run the production.

Innotronics™ flex circuit business group ranks top level among local flexible circuit manufacturers in China, which is aided by China central government in finance to develop fine line and high layer counts technologies as well as high density interconnection. At present, our factory has achieved the key processes of 1.5mil line/space width and layer counts up to 8 layers, which has been applied in massive production.

To cope with the sharp increasing demands in volume flex circuits and high density flex, our factory continuously research and develop new technologies applying in flex circuit and hold some independent intellectual property rights based technologies and processes, especially in fine trace and high layer counts. Innotronics™ flex mfg. Base is capable to produce high volume 1.5mil/1.5mil trace/line flex circuitry up to 8 layers.

Our flex factory takes these cutting-edge technologies and "best-in-class" solution to offer diversified products ranging from automotive electronics, communication, consumer electonics to portable sets, HDTV, laptop, digital camera and mobile phone etc. Consumer electronic products in our life. Moreover, with the rapid expansion in interconnection, we can currently produce quality rigid-flex circuit up to 4 layers to meet clients demands in high density interconnection and bendable product as well as reducing space of finished products.

Innotronics™ facility has passed ISO9001, and ISO14001 quality system, also certificated by UL, which grants our clients' trust and confidence upon us. We can support our customers from prototype, small volume, quick turn and mixed solutions to high volume options including vendor managed inventory.
