Discharge Type Rotary Valve RVD
Application:
As a metering or gravity type discharge valve, it is used for gravity discharge device by set up between upper hopper/bin and down hopper, or hopper/bin and conveying piping. This rotary valve can be also as a feeding unit in pneumatic conveying systems of powder, pellets or mixed powder and pellets, Suitable for pressure differentials up to 0.15 bar (21.3 psi).

This rotary valve increases conveying capacity because we optimize its inlet and rotor. High filling efficiency is affected by RPM and pressure

Differential pressure: 0.15 bar.
Temperature range: Up to 120C °
Lange connection dimensions as per DIN 2501 PN 10 or ANSI 150 lbs.
