We own a 8, 000 square meters factory with modern plant and beautiful greening of plant area. We have about 600 set of socks knitter, most is advanced plain weave socks knitter and advanced terry socks knitter, meanwhile we developed bodkin warmer socks and military socks, 168N and 200N terry socks, free terry sport socks. Developing and producing special socks is our strongest. Now we have the ability to produce 100 milion pairs socks in a year, and our products are sold far to North America, Europe, Australia, Newsland, Africa, Southeast Asia and so on.
At the beginning of 2010, IVYSOCKS begain to set foot in high technique socks and cooperate with Zhuji Therapy Socks Factory to bring in the Health care socks machine technique of Germany Merz, and started to established the first medical compression stocking production line. And now we can produce many kind of medical compression stocking according to the standard of ISO9001/ISO13485/CE/FDA and so on. Our production was praised by our customers.
We attent to improve corporation management all along, and manage to implement Total Quality Control(TQC) in the all the production line. We are trying to use many kind of statistical method to combine ERP System to manage poduction. To check the quality, we use AATCC tester to test colour fastnes, and use twist tester to test he tread′s twist, and use EPCO tester to test washing fastness and perspiration.
