Product Description

These sheets are produced by expanded graphite sheets paper to both sides , reinforced with one of metal foil or mesh by applying adhesive. It possesses good compressibility, elastic rate and good sealing property for microscopic surface and long service life, These sheets are used in Cuting into gaskets for sealing of various flanges .

1) Expanded graphite compressed sheet Reinforced with Perforated Metal Foil :
a) Reinforcement material: SS304, SS316, SS316L, carbon steel
b) Thickness: 1.0-6.0mm
c) Width x length: 500 x 1000mm, 1000 x 1000mm, 1000 x 2000mm
 
2) Expanded graphite compressed sheet Reinforced with Flat Metal Foil :
a) Reinforcement material: SS304, SS316, SS316L, carbon steel
b) Thickness: 1.0-6.0mm
c) Width x length: 500 x 1000mm, 1000 x 1000mm, 1000 x 2000mm

3) Expanded graphite compressed sheet Reinforced with Metal Wire Mesh :
a) Reinforcement material: SS304 wire mesh, SS316 wire mesh
b) Thickness: 1.0-6.0mm
c) Width x length: 500 x 1000mm, 1000 x 1000mm, 1000 x 2000mm
