Citric Acid Anhydrous is mainly used as an acidulant, flavorant, preservative in foods and beverages. It is also widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical and detergent industries.

Sodium citrate is used to enhance flavor and maintain stability of active in food and beverage. In detergent industry, it can replace sodium tripolyphosphate as a kind of safe detergent. It can also be used in fermentation, injection, and photography and metal plating.
