Product Description

The tape production line designed and manufactured by our plant is equipped with micro-processor for operation control and frequency conversion for speed control, the setting and displaying of technical datum can be fully digitized on the color screen panel. Some main parts of the line are imported from abroad. This line adopts new type of separating screw made of high quality steel 38CrMoAIA with nitriding treatment and L/D ratio and mixing smelt section of screw to be enlarged for improving the capacity of fine plasticizing & extruding and reducing power consumption. The advanced automatic filter device and two hot air ovens are applied on the line, with the advantages of high speed and capacity, low power consumption, steady running, flexible and reliable control, sophisticated manufacturing, convenient operation &maintenance.

This line has got good market both at home and abroad. It is suitable for producing polypropylene(PP) tapes and high-density polyethylene(HDPE) tapes etc.

The tapes production line consists of an extruder, auto filter changing device, T die, a water quench system, a film lifting film into tapes devices, a traction system, hot air ovens, a stretching and annealing units, tape winding unit, edge tape and waste tapes recycling system as well as electric control system etc.
