Medical High-Purity Nitrogenerator (DYF)

Product Description

DYF series nitrogenerator is a high purity nitrogenerator, suitable for supplying nitrogen for the production of ampouple, vial and infusioin in pharmaceutical industry, also it applies to food stuff, biochemistry industry etc. It includes three sub-systems: Compressed air after-treatment system, PSA pressure-altering adsorption system and air accurate filtering and sterilizing system.

It is characterized by:
1. The purity of finished nitrogen reaches to 99.99%, no hot source and bacterium. It meets the requirements of international pharmacy GMP standard.
2. The advanced PSA Nitrogen generation procedure is adopt. The chambers are constructed by stainless steel and polished to a high finish. The adsorption unit is specially designed to ensure to reach a high purity of Nitrogen. (The purity of finished Nitrogen is higher than international standard. )
3. Products from famous manufactures in the world are used on the machine for a dependable quality.
4. PLC (Programmable Logic Control) unit produced by MITSUBISHI and KY-2N analyzer are adopt on this machine. The whole system is under the control of computer, manual operation and watch are needless. (According to the customers requirements, we can design advanced optons: Man-Monitor-interface, PLC, transformer digital design, all kinds of parameters display in-time dynamically, automatic monitoring switch.
