Firehood Downlight cover ( Fire Hood) is developed to provide maximum protection for the holes created by all sizes of downlights. It can expands internally to fill all the available space, with a highly fire resistant insulating char. So the fire can not penetrate the hole and the hood is able to give additional insulation protection to the ceiling void by reducing the chance of heat build-up and the ignition of flammables.

Our Fihe hood is easy to insert into the ceiling from the hole of downlights. With low density, hige flexibility and good intensity, and can be installed on different ceilings. We have been assessd for the suspended ceiling and timber, steel or concrete beam protect by plasterboard. We have fully tested with AS 1530. Part 4-2005 (Methods for fire tests on building materials, components and structures).
We have 150*150mm, 200*200mm and 250mm*250mm dimater size.
