. Chenzhou Sanjing Science & Technology Trade Co., Ltd, located in Chenzhou of Hunan province, is the largest and leading graphite electrode and carbon producer in Centre-South China.
Its main products include UHP\HP and RP graphite electrodes of specifications from 250mm to 700mm, which is mainly made of high quality petrol cokes and needle cokes through strict processes such as blending, kneading, forming, baking, high-pressure impregnation, twice baking, graphitization and machining. The company has an annual productivity of 50, 000 tons of electrodes, mainly used in metallurgical steel making ultra-high power smelting electric furnaces and refining electric furnaces.
The company insists on putting more than 5 percent of its profits into its research and development dept. Annually and built its R&D center in 2010, consisting of 27 experienced technical staff. The R&D center began its cooperation with the carbon dept. Of Hunan University in some frontier domains of carbon materials in 2011 and has obtained 8 national patents til now.
