Product Description
SJG series single-screw extruder is developed with German technology (L/D 33 and 36). Screw is separate type with mixing part. Barrel is grooved feed type with lengthened feeding part. With separate screw and grooved barrel, the extruder has advantages:
1. Optimizing melt process to get high output.
2. Extrusion with low melt temperature.
3. The cut from separate clearance makes material even
4. Suitable for all kinds of polyolefin material especially HDPE.
